These services cost a minimum of £100 plus VAT.
Additional Company Secretarial Services
We also offer a range of additional company services for an extra £25 plus VAT.
These include the change of company name, the appointment of a director, the resignation of a director, the allotment of shares and share transfers.
We can also take on the work involved in the change of accounting reference dates, change of registered offices, dividend payments including the production of tax vouchers and dividend waivers.
Further Services
Our team also provides more complex services relating to company formation and share restructuring for which a separate quotation is available.
These include UK company formation, increases in authorised share capital, the creation of a new class of shares, the purchase of own shares and alterations of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
